Ch. Ghulam Rasul & Sons an Educational Publishing House was established way back prior to the partition of sub-continent by its founder late Ch. Ghulam Rasul in 1932. At that point of time like any other trade or business, Publishing was also dominated by “Hindus” and it required courage of Goliath to venture into this field where Muslims were totally non-existent. The establishment got going with a meager working capital and handful of employees. However, Chaudhry Sahib's infallible faith in God, total devotion, high level of motivation and hard work guided him to success. The vision of the founder was that Muslims were already lagging behind in the field of education and the only way they can compete in this competitive world is through education. Thus, his vision became mission of the organization i.e. quality education for all.

All Publications of “Ch. Ghulam Rasul & Sons” carry the trade name of “ Current ”, which is hallmark of quality, precision and updated contents of material. For nursery and primary classes, this Publishing House has also developed new series under “Dolphin”, “Elite” and “Vision” titles.

 
 

New Leadership:

After the demise of Ch. Ghulam Rasul in 1991, his sons shouldered the responsibility to carry forward his mission. Currently Ch. Ghulam Yazdani is the Chairman and Ch. Ali Yazdani is the Chief Executive of the Firm and under their guidance and supervision the Company continues to traverse new milestones and face challenges of modern times. With their broad experience, both are striving to expand and diverse the range of publications.

The Motto of our Chairman is “No business specially educational publication is a one man show. It is a teamwork consisting of young, highly motivated and dedicated professionals, who are trained to achieve well defined goals”. He firmly believes that the head of the organization only provides a direction to the enterprise, its success and otherwise depends upon the professionals who run the day-to-day show. Hence book writing, editing, proof reading, marketing and sales are being handled by professionals.
